Q. How does MakesMoney.com work?
A. There are two things that you can do on this site. You can either completing offers to earn money, completing offers to earn gifts, or you may do both.

For completing offers to earn money, you may sign up for as many offers as you like. The amount of money you can earn for each offer is shown on the "Offers To Earn Cash" page. You must earn at least $10 in your account before you can cash out. You may get money in Paypal instantly or get a check in the mail. We prefer to send you a Paypal since it is fast and convenience. You may cash out as many times as you like as long as the minimum amount required to cash out is met.

For completing offers to earn gifts, all you have to do is complete an offer on the "Offers To Earn Gifts" page and refer some friends to do the same. Once the number of referral requirements are met, you can check out your free gift. We will even paid for the shipping cost. You may receives more than 1 gift from our site. After you have checked out your first gift, you may send a support ticket to us to reset your account so you can work on your second gift.

Q. Is your website legit?
A. Yes. Our website is completely legit. We are paid by our advertisers for offers that you completed. We use that money to pay for your free gift! We will send all promised money and gifts. We will never scam anyone. We have send a lot of money and free gifts since our website was open since July 17, 2006.

Check out actual testimonies from users that have used our site before. The pictures shown actual Paypal transactions, checks, and gifts that we have send to our users. All of the testimonies are unpaid for. We obtained the majorities of these testimonies by emailing hundreds of users that we have send cash or gifts to and asked to give us testimonies. Some users were kind enough to write back and provided testimonies.

Q. Can I have more than one account at your site?
A. No. Only 1 account is allowed per person or shipping address. A person may not have more than 1 account, even if they provide different shipping addresses. If a person is suspected of having more than one account, all suspicious accounts will be placed on hold. A household includes your mailing address and may include your IP address. Joining our website using a shared computer such as those found at school, place of business, or public location is not advisable as this may result in you having the same IP address as other users which may lead to disqualification. We suggest that you use your own personal computer to signup.

Q. Can I complete the same offer more than once?
A. No. A user is allowed to have only one account at each of our affiliates. Do not complete the same offer more than once (for example: complete "AOL" twice). If you already have an account with an affiliate (even before signing up with our site), then you are not allowed to sign up with that affiliate again. There are plenty of offers on our site, please complete an offer that you haven't previously completed.

Q. Will I receive spam from you?
A. No. We take our spam policy very seriously and will never sell your information or send you spam.

Q. Is there a deadline that I must complete all of my referrals?
A. No. There are no deadlines to complete all of your referrals or to get the minimum amount required to cash out your account. You have an entire life time to complete your referrals and to get the minimum amount required to cash out. If for some unforseen circumstances that this site goes down in the future, which we see as very unlikely, we will paid you something like $8 for each referrals that you have completed. If you are signing up offers to earn money, we may give you a little bit more time to get the required amount to cash out your account. If you cannot get the required amount to cash out or this site is need to be shut down immediately then all of your earnings that does not met the required amount to cash out are forfeited.

Account Questions
Q. Can I use a shared, public, work, or school computer to signup?
A. No. Joining our website using a shared computer such as those found at school, place of business, or public location is not advisable as this may result in you having the same IP address as other users which will lead to disqualification. We suggest that you use your own personal computer to signup.

Q. Can I cancel or deplete my account?
A. No. A user may not cancel or deplete his or her account. If a user no longer wishes to remain a part of this site, the user should simply cease to access his or her account. We do not allow a user to deplete his or her account due to security reasons. If we allow a user to deplete his or her account, then that user may try to fraud our system by signing up with our site again without us ever knowing about it.

Q. Can I join if I am not living in the United States?
A. No. At this point, we only accept accounts from United States residents. We may expand our website and accept users from other countries in the future.

Q. Can I signup with a PO Box as my address?
A. No. All addresses must be physical addresses in the United States. Gifts may not be shipped to PO Boxes.

Offer Questions
Q. What should I do if I completed an offer and never received credit?
A. Please make sure you have followed the instructions correctly and waited the required amount of time to receive credit. Some offers can take up to 4 weeks to receive credit. If you believe that you have completed an offer correctly, please open a support ticket and we will try to give you credit for that offer after verifying with the affiliate. Some common reasons for not receiving credit for completing an offer are completing the same offer more than once, providing false information when completing the offer, or cancelled the offer immediately after signup. All of these are considered as fraud and are strictly against our and our affiliates policies. Cookies must be enabled so we can track your offer completion. We recommend you set the privacy level to medium or to accept all cookies.

Q. Why are some offers are considered as a full, 1/2, or 1/3 credit?
A. The amount of money affiliates pay us when you complete an offer varies from offers to offers. For offers that affiliates pay us a lot of money, those offers are considered as a full credit. For offers that affiliates pay us little money, those offers are considered as 1/2 or 1/3 credit. We do this to make sure we earn enough money to cover your free gift.

Q. How long before I get credit for my offer completion?
A. We update our data daily to give you and your referrals credits. We will give you and your referral credits as soon as our affiliates report to us that you or your referrals have completed an offer. Please make sure you waited the required amount of time to receive credits. Sometime an affiliate may take up to 4 weeks to report to us that you have completed an offer.

Referrals Questions
Q. Can I transfer referrals or change who I sign up under?
A. No. You cannot transfer referrals from one account to another or change who you sign up under.

Q. Can I refer someone living with me?
A. No. We only allow one account per household. Please make sure that you do not have more than one account as this is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and will result in your account put on hold.

Q. I have a hard time getting referrals, can you teach me how to get referrals?
A. Getting referrals are easy. The easiest way to get referrals is by giving your referral link to your friends, relatives, co-workers or anyone you can think of. The second way to get referral is by posting your referral link on forums or newsgroups. Click here to see more information on how to get referrals.

Q. How do I check the status of my and my referrals offer completions?
A. You can check the status of yours and your referrals offer completions by login your account then click on the "Account Status" link. We update our data daily to give you and your referral credits. We will give you and your referral credits as soon as our affiliates report to us that you or your referrals have completed an offer. Please make sure you waited the required amount of time to receive credits. Sometime an affiliate may take up to 4 weeks to report to us that you have completed an offer.

Shipping Questions
Q. How do I get my gift once I have completed all the requirements?
A. Once you have completed all the requirements, you must submit your account for verification. We will check yours and your referral offer completions. We will notify you when your account has been verified. If no fraud is detected, a link will be display on the "Account Status" page which will take you through the process of checking out your gift.

Q. When will I receive my gift?
A. We will ship your gift using United States Postal Service (USPS). You should receive your gift within 5-15 days after the gift is shipped. We may also order your gift from suppliers and websites and let them ship your gift.
