I. Membership
1. All users must provide 100% accurate information. A user may not signup for another person.
2. All addresses must be physical addresses in the United States. We will not ship gifts to addresses outside the United States. Addresses may not be PO Boxes.
3. Only 1 account is allowed per household. A person may not have more than 1 account, even if they provide different shipping addresses. If a person is suspected of having more than one account, all suspicious accounts will be placed on hold. A household includes your mailing address and may include your IP address. Joining our website using a shared computer such as those found at school, place of business, or public location is not advisable as this may result in you having the same IP address as other users which may lead to disqualification. We suggest that you use your own personal computer to signup.
4. A user must be at least 18 years of age or older.
II. Money and Gifts
1. A user must earn at least $10 in his or her account in order to cash out. Payment methods are either get money in Paypal instantly or get a check in the mail. We prefer to send you a Paypal since it is fast and convenience. You may cash out as many times as you like as long as the minimum amount required to cash out is met.
2. A user must completed his or her own offer and obtained the required number of referrals before he or she can check out the gift. A user may receives more than 1 gift from our site. After you have checked out your first gift, you may send a support ticket to us to reset your account so you can work on your second gift.
3. There are no deadlines to complete all of your referrals or to get the minimum amount required to cash out your account. You have an entire life time to complete your referrals and to get the minimum amount required to cash out. If for some unforseen circumstances that this site goes down in the future, which we see as very unlikely, we will paid you something like $8 for each referrals that you have completed. If you are signing up offers to earn money, we may give you a little bit more time to get the required amount to cash out your account. If you cannot get the required amount to cash out or this site is need to be shut down immediately then all of your earnings that does not met the required amount to cash out are forfeited.
3. MakesMoney cannot guarantees the availability of a gift at the time of order. If a gift is unavailable, we will contact you with an alternative gift or you may wait until the gift is available.
4. MakesMoney is not responsible for lost orders due to, but not limited to, incorrect shipping addresses or faults on behalf of the shipping companies.
5. MakesMoney does not take returns or exchanges.
III. Completion of Offers
1. A user is allowed to have only one account at each of our affiliates. Do not complete the same offer more than once (for example: complete "AOL" twice). If you already have an account with one of our affiliate (even before signing up with our site), then you are not allowed to sign up with that affiliate again. There are plenty of offers on our site, please complete an offer that you haven't previously completed.
2. We reserve the right to refuse crediting a user for offer completion for a variety of reasons, including, but not limited to, lack of appropriate information, improper signup, or improper browser settings. Some common reasons for not receiving credit for completing an offer are completing the same offer more than once, providing false information when completing the offer, or cancelled the offer immediately after signup.
3. Users must complete the offer by using the link provided. If you go to the web site directly, use another affiliates link, or go to the offer site by any means other than through this website then you are not eligible to receive credit for that offer.

IV. Referrals
1. Referrals cannot be transferred or donated from one account to another. Two or more accounts can not be merged into one account.
2. If any account is suspected of false information in order to gain referrals, that account will be placed on hold immediately.
3. Any unauthorized use, entry, or hacking into MakesMoney is illegal and is punishable by law. The slightest violation of any law will provide sufficient impetus for us to prosecute the offender to the fullest extent of the law.
V. Hold
1. Common reasons for being placed on hold are completing the same offer more than once, multiple accounts, fraudulent referrals, providing false information, spam, negative feedback from one of our advertisers, or cancelled the offer immediately after signup. All of these are considered as fraud.
VI. Waiver
1. Signing up as a member of this website waives any claim for damages, whether direct or indirect, consequential, or punitive, which you may have against MakesMoney, and you agree to hold harmless and indemnify MakesMoney from any such claim for damages regardless of cause.
